N.S.E. was established in 1987 at Segambut, Kuala Lumpur. We started off by providing transportation services to The East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia (Kelantan, Terengganu & Pahang). As the business growth, we relocated our head office to Bandar Sunway in 1994 to within close proximity of our customer warehouse in order to serve them better.
In 2008, with the solid foundation built up, the visionary founders decide to take part in the logistics service in whole Peninsular Malaysia, involving in logistics activity not only in East Coast, but also in Northern & Southern Region. At the same time, we set up operation teams at our customers’ premises to provide them direct Transport Management Services (TMS).
In 2011, NSE set up its first own warehouse in Butterworth, Penang, to function as a hub in its transportation network, as well as providing warehousing service to the customers. In 2013, we relocated and headquartered at a brand new, bigger building located at Jalan Kebun Nenas, Klang.
In 2015, we first started providing warehouse management service (WMS) at customers’ premises. In 2019, We moving & build up Kelantan Branch from Kuala Krai to Pengkalan Chepa. Therefore, N.S.E. Logistics is committed to expand our business as the best Logistics services provider in Peninsular Malaysia.

N.S.E is a family business established by my father and it was eventually passed on to me and my brothers. I’ve always believed that, during good or bad times, Logistics is one of four necessities for people. As we say in Mandarin “ 衣，食，住，行 ”(Clothing, Food, Accommodation And Transport) are the basic requirement in life. When I took over the business, our service covered only the East Coast Region.
We slowly increased our network and presence to the Northern and Southern region. Today, our coverage extends to the whole of Peninsular Malaysia. Furthermore, we recently diversified into third party logistics or 3PL which helps position our existing and potential clients.
ON KEY CHALLENGES AND OVERCOMING THEM
Where Logistics and Transportation are concerned, human capital is crucial, especially drivers as they are the ones that directly deal with customers on the ground. Through the years, is has become evident that happy drivers translate to happy customers and significantly helps improve driver and customer retention.

I’m happy to state that our driver turnover is very low largely because I make it a point to personally engage with them on a monthly basis, which gives both sides a better understanding of each other.
